As for the rate, that's what I charge for HVAC/R service. So it looks like the baseband chip is dead. It's a common problem with Samsung phones. About 2% of the chips die after about 2 years. The only solution is to replace the motherboard.

The cheaper one has just a single tip, but it should be the one that works for that laptop. The apparent line is because those cameras each have 2 cameras pointed 90 degrees apart. The software stitches the images together so it looks seamless at a distance, but the close you get the more noticeable it is. That's how they get the 180 degree field of view at such high resolution.
